Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original cotton pouch and mailing box, ensuring the garment is folded neatly and all original tags are intact.

Attach the Label

Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your parcel to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
